### **Important Points regarding your booking (Must Read)**:
- Standard Check-in time is 03:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in & late check-out is subject to hotel decision and billed separately.
- The full-day tours are designed assuming short stops (approx 45 min - 60 min stop) at each place. If you spend more time at one location, you might need to miss other locations planned based on traffic conditions.
- Tour time starts from the scheduled appointment time given to the driver on the previous day. The driver will accompany you for the mentioned tour duration only & has the right to charge an extra amount if the tour extends beyond the mentioned tour duration.
- Watersports & outdoor candlelight dinner are subject to weather conditions & non-refundable. Indoor arrangements will be made for romantic dinner in case of strong wind/rainy situation.
- Forex dealers do not accept INR in Bali for currency conversion. You are required to bring USD from India & convert after reaching Bali. Debit/Credit cards can be used if international transactions are activated with your Bank.
- There is no tour or car with driver provided by our company on the day at leisure unless paid separately. All activities are at own expense.

- At check-in, you must present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on booking.
- All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival. In case of a no-show, your room will be released and will be subject to the cancellation policy.
- The hotel prices do not include minibar items, telephone usage, laundry service, etc. The property will bill you directly.
- Hotels/resorts in Bali charge a refundable deposit at the time of check-in. This is refunded to you at the time of check-out.
